Hey everyone, I’m starting a new job where I can’t bring my phone (currently using a Samsung Galaxy Note8, planning to upgrade after Christmas). The job has a tight schedule, but not a lot of clocks around, so I really need a watch. I’m allowed to use a smartwatch, which is awesome because I have ADHD and need my calendar at all times, plus I have dyscalculia, so traditional watches are a pain. I have a budget of up to $200CAD. I’ve never used a smartwatch before, and I prefer bigger screens, so something larger would be great. I’d also like a watch that I can add a fabric, leather, or metal strap to and doesn’t look like some weird tech gadget. Sleep tracking and the ability to make an emergency phone call without my phone nearby would be perfect. I’d love a watch that offers different vibration patterns for various notifications. Any suggestions? Appreciate the help!

I personally love my Samsung Active 2. It’s a bit older, but you can find refurbished ones on Amazon for around $50, and it works great for me.
Good to know! Thanks!
Samsung smartwatches need daily charging. I like to shop on Aliexpress; it’s my go-to. Amazon and eBay have similar items but at higher prices. Some of the less known brands offer cheaper options with a wide variety of straps. Some even offer SIM cards, and they all connect to tablets and smartphones via Bluetooth. These links are good for checking schedules and syncing a few times a day.
