Hi everyone! I’m looking to buy one of these fitness trackers, but I can’t decide which one to go for. I’m interested in tracking steps and activity during workouts, but I also want something that monitors my sleep and overall health. Any suggestions or experiences would be great!

What kind of workouts? Some brands do a better job with certain types.
For example, if you’re doing GPS-based workouts, some watches are way better. They also offer tracking screens so you can easily stay in a particular zone, which isn’t an option with a ring.
